Sorry for being away a long time but I have got you people a really nice article.
I always knew that getting so much stressed at work is not a good thing thats happening to me. But what can I do when nobody gets me the standard of work that I expect from my people. I have to do the whole thing again myself. Its not that I expect a high quality product, what I ask for is simple structure which may not exactly do what I ask for but at least does a small part. What I get in return is a dummy product which no where matches my request. I always thought working with the dumb would make me sick evidently and to my shock this is what I read today.
